About BIRDBILT
BIRDBILT bird feeders and bird houses offer an alternative, a unique point of view. Design and functionality combine for something different. What's different ? We take a style and build it around a functional list of 'must-haves', using birding standards, especially with houses. Bird feeders can explore more license and creativity, and that artistic leap of faith is based on years of being avid birding spectators. We field test and study our items. We use a material that allows us to explore detail and unique compositions while being weather friendly.
Product Warranties
BIRDBILT warranties our product against manufacturing defects for a period of One Year from Date of Purchase. Some normal wear and tear will occur, as well as minor fading of some colors over time.
To send an item back to us, you will need a return authorization number and the original receipt.
Upon our inspection, we will either send you a replacement at no charge or discuss your claim with you. If your claim is denied you will be responsible for return shipping charges.
We cannot accept returns without original proof of purchase, so keep your receipt.
